Thank you for welcoming me back. I will follow the NHS healthy eating App as well as I can but my do 16:8 intermitting fasting…its purely psychological to stay ‘STOP’ now for the day. Good luck this week folks xx

I'm doing 16:8 intermittent fasting as well but just need to really focus on not going overboard on my eating. I've been researching the lchf as well. So many combinations, surely it's got yo work??? Have a super week 😀😀
