We are told processed meat and sausages not great but how about European staples like the tasty cevapi!

Are these healthy, am eating them in Australia?

Trying to be conscious of what I eat as 1cm polyp last time so they certainly recommend cutting back on red meat in any event.

You can make cevapi at home, they're minimally processed being just ground meat with the addition of egg white, herbs, spices and seasoning, the thing to avoid is industrially processed meats containing artificial additives.

The dangers of red meat is a red herring based on flawed research.
