Is this a suitable diet plan for weight loss?
Hi, I currently weigh 12 stone ( 168 pounds). I am 5 foot 8. I used to be size 8, however now would be size 12. I am wanting to drop at least 2 stone so I am back to 10 stone. Would eating this diet plan every day along with around 5 hours of exercise per week be enough to lose me 2 stone? Breakfast

I don't know
I think i have an eating disorder. Or well disordered eating. I think i might and i'm worried about myself. I go for along time without eating. It not on purpose i'm just not hungry or i just literally can't eat. I'll order food because i know i need eat but i can't. Sometimes the food grosses me out

Favorite Vegan Recipes Part 1
Favorite Vegan Recipes Part 1 I wanted to share some go-to vegan dishes I cook at home. These vegan dishes help me maintain a healthy diet, I don’t feel so full and bloated afterward, and I’m satisfied for the night before going to bed. It is only the beginning, and I am currently looking for more recipes

The Search for a Good Relationship with Food.
I for sure know I don't want to be in a place where I have a bad relationship with food for the rest of my life, but yet I've never had a good relationship with food whether I'm slim, podgy,

Hearing loss after meningitis - ANSD?
With hearing loss being a common after effect of meningitis, I'm wondering if anyone has heard of this before, as our doctors are scratching their heads. My son, who is now four, had Pneumococcal Meningitis at 14months, and thankfully has come out with just some minor emotional/behavioural issues and

Graduated today, can’t believe it!
I started on a diet (
healthy

) and exercise programme of Zumba, swimming and walking. I lost 2 stone and felt great, but I got a rotator cuff injury that ruled out swimming. I decided to go for C25K instead.

Sudden hearing loss and RA
Hi. Has anybody ever had SSNHL (sudden sensorineural hearing loss)? I woke up last week completely deaf in 1 ear. I got an emergency ENT appointment and had various hearing tests and given the above diagnosis. It is quite rare and the cause is often never found. If not caught early it can be permanent

Good consultant for pulsatile tinnitus?
Hi can anyone recommend a private consultant in the UK (near London) to get me started on diagnosis and treatment for pulsatile tinnitus? Ear problem...worried
Anyone had a virus that affected their ears? I was on Antibiotics, got rid of cough, but left me deaf in right ear. Tried warm olive oil, this removed a ball of liquid yellow wax, but still crackle in ear. Went to have hearing test at Specsavers she said there was blood inside my right ear. ( I do wear

Update on Homeopathic remedy success.
I am
eating
healthy
, exercising or walking every day and taking just one 'Cortisol health' herbal supplement a day. I decided on that myself, I thought it might help my adrenal function.

In his latest book he talks about how, when in REM sleep the brain cleans itself but until very recently the mechanics were not known so I was very interested to read a link originally posted on

Increase calories after diet for weight maintenance
Hi all I'm coming to the point where I'm happy with my weight and want to maintain this. I've done this through a calorie controlled diet using "My Fitness Pal" which has been pretty successful and allowed me to eat proper meals by substituting unhealthy foods with healthier ones - particularly eating

Peaceful Period Hacks
Peaceful Period Hacks I’ve been picky with food lately, looking at food I would think to myself, “I already know how I am going to digest that,” “hmm, do I want to taste mucus build-up from eating or drinking that.” Without it being forced, my diet shifted, and when that time of the month rolled around
