Hi everyone, Tuesday again, We call it talk Tuesday , but it seems many of you dont want to talk, talking to each other can help you with your quit journeys . Its almost like going to the doctors, once you say what is troubling you , people try and help you and straight away you start to feel better. So if you have something that is bothering you dont keep it to yourself. Lets see if we can help , no matter how trivial it may sound .
