Also added that I've developed plantar
fasciitis
which is agony. He did a few basic checks (checking for fibro trigger points) and has said he thinks my problems are linked to hypermobility which I've known about for six years and had physio several times.

W5R3 and on the Injury Couch :-(
I'm pretty sure it's plantar
fasciitis
, but have an appointment this week to get it properly diagnosed. In the meantime, I've been doing the recommended heel stretches. I'm so disappointed as the run had been feeling good, and do-able so I was really looking forward to progressing onto W6.

ESR up 29 points in 29 days
In the past two weeks I have had very bad cold and bronchitis, planter
fasciitis
, And a root canal. I am wondering if all this could influence the ESR? I am reducing slowly and an ESR of 1 is certainly an indication of the GCA being under control.

Week 6 - Run 2 - Completed
Am a second time a rounder as I competed the programme two years or so ago - then had plantar
fasciitis
for 18 months - so have started again with my hubby this time. We are aged (69/71)....and have found it a struggle, but so far have completed each week on schedule.

Can Anyone throw light on this?
I can't walk fast because of the Plantar
fasciitis
that has descended on me together with Tennis Elbow. I got home and felt absolutely dreadful. A feeling as if I was going to collapse. I didn't of course and had a drink and a sleep.

Week 5 Run 1 completed this morning ...
Re-started C25K again after an 18 month break due to plantar
fasciitis
- (I had just completed the programme when it struck). My husband and I have started together this time (he was 71 yesterday, and I am 70 in June) - we completed Week 5 Run 1 this morning - a good start to the New Year.

Hi I have unfortunately got the above and boy as everyone who has had it will know it hurts. So I thought I would ask how you all either managed the pain and also how to get rid. So no running at mo :-( Many thanks in advance Clareabell

Strange heel/foot pain .. any clues??
The pain in my heel I would have thought was a tendon or nerve thing along the lines of plantar
fasciitis
but it's really isolated down to an area about a centimetre across but feels like it goes straight up into my foot and I really can't work out what it's got to do with my bladder - I'm totally bemused

Week 9 Completed..... but I paid the price!
Not sure whether what I have is the dreaded plantar
fasciitis
, tendonitis, stress factors or something else. (The irony is I can only think about going to the doc when I'm better able to walk there!) So I'm being strict with myself and having a proper rest now, maybe into the new year.

Desperate for help.: exhausted, fat, undiagnosed
I tried everything from starving myself, doing hour long walks twice daily (got a varicose vein and more plantar
fasciitis
pain), doing DVDs at home, eating eggs, not eating eggs... You name it, I've tried it.

Plantar Fasciitis
Hi all. Seems that whenever I pop on these days its to talk about an injury of some kind. Has anyone suffered from the above? I now have 2 aching feet. Did you ever use arch supports or the like? Its a really frustrating pain. I cant ever walk the dog without it bothering me☹

Radiotherapy treatment for chronic tendonitis?
Hello, I've got arthritis and have also been living with recurrent hip tendonitis, shoulder bursitis, plantar
fasciitis
, Achilles tendonitis and hand joint pain. I've been seen by a rheumatologist as I thought they may be connected but the blood tests didn't pick up anything.
