Am a second time a rounder as I competed the programme two years or so ago - then had plantar fasciitis for 18 months - so have started again with my hubby this time. We are aged (69/71)....and have found it a struggle, but so far have completed each week on schedule. I have found Week 6 the toughest yet! (Even more tough that the 20 min run in Week 5) - coming up another long run - I so hope we can make it. If not, we'll just go back a week, and try again. Well done both of you! It can be done with perseverance but alternatively there is no shame in sticking with some scheduled walk breaks if that suits you better in the long run. The important thing is to be off the couch and moving!
