9 months away from running due to injury, but now able to start the programme again!
, bilateral plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis . I have had shock wave therapy, steroid injections and lots and lots of physio! However, today my lovely physio has said I can very slowly and carefully start running again!!🥳🥳!
