Help with self medication
He has been diagnosed with migraines, carpal tunnel and plantar
fasciitis
. He also has night sweats and joint pain. We will consider NDT once we have the T4 result and have a clearer picture, but for the moment would like to start supplementing the vitamins needed, especially B12 and folate.

Running after Plantar Fasciitis
Has anyone on here managed to get back into running after Plantar
Fasciitis
? I've read plenty of things online about stretching the foot after running and some people even continue to run whilst they have the condition.

RA, Achillies Tendonitis & Plantar Fasciitis - what should I ask at Rheumatology appointment?
I have RA which seems to be causing achillies tendonitis and plantar
fasciitis
in both legs/feet. My joints and swelling in feet is starting to improve with Methotrexate, but the stiffness and pain in my achillies tendons is not (3.5 months now).

To anyone suffering from Lupus or still waiting to be diagnosed. My truth about Aspartame.
I was suffering from Plantar
fasciitis
for the second time in the same foot and again it was lasting into the two year period each time (a year more than they suggest). I had aching joints but thought maybe I just needed to ramp up my exercise routine.

Back to the beginning
Firstly due to Plantar
Fasciitis
in my right foot, and then a twisted left knee, I've restarted C25K this week. I've opted to go back and start from the beginning again to ease my poor old body into it gradually, but I'm happy to report that so far, so good.

Finally finished W4!
Plantar
fasciitis
tripped me up, then I tried again before I was ready and now, finally, I've reached the end of it. I feel far too familiar with the music and Laura's advice on stitch. It'll feel very novel to be on a new podcast. I'm quite excited.

Scar tissue and lymphoedema on leg
I had an emergency operation on my left leg for necrotising
fasciitis
and have been left with a large scar from my foot to my knee. Now I have lymphoedema in that leg . I am unable to get any help for treatment or measuring up for stockings etc. Is there any advice on where to seek help ?

Plantar Fasciitis.
Last summer, when I started Couch to 5K for the first time, plantar
fasciitis
struck during the first run of Week 3 and it took a good two weeks for me to be able to run again. Now, I'm starting again, got as far as the first run of Week 4 and, lo and behold... It's incredibly annoying.

Is there help accessing a new career?
Due to pain from RA, OA and plantar
fasciitis
I had to leave my previous employment. I've worked since 1983 when I started mental health nurse training, more particularly in dementia care. More recently I let my qualification lapse and became a support worker as I prefer hands on care work.

NIH protocol 15-NR-0037 : Effect of Ketamine on Fatigue Following Cancer Therapy
Ever since my infusion four months ago, the pain from my plantar
fasciitis
, achilles tendinitis and rotator cuff tendinitis has been reduced to less than half of its previous level. I had seen multiple doctors, gotten many scans and tried multiple kinds of therapy for those problems.

VitD deficiency and plantar fasciitis
Developed plantar
fasciitis
3 weeks ago and found this in a good article, too late for my fingers, some are well deformed, but hope to rid myself of the heel and calf pain: Vitamin D is routinely provided in tablet, capsule or oil based liquid forms.

Eosinophilic fasciitis
Now there's a new theory that I may have Eosinophilic
Fasciitis
and that it may well be an overlapping of the two. I will see the rheumatologist in a couple of weeks time when she will have test results that might make things clearer.

Who has had plantar fasciitis?
Strangely I am sleeping and sleeping...my husband has PF too, non running related, he is sleeping many hours too. I've never slept like this in my life, normally when I am not running I sleep very little. Part of the healing process?

Plantar fasciitis advice please
I asked Dr Google, it would appear to be Plantar
Fasciitis
, fits all the symptoms etc. So, I followed all the advice, ice pack, Ibuprofen, heel drops and calf raises, stretching with a resistance band, rolling with a rolling pin etc.

Sore foot arch
So for the past week or so I have been having a bit of pain in my left foot arch, and good ol doctor google has suggested plantar
fasciitis
. At first it was like a bruise and only hurt if pressed, but the last couple of days the pain has been a bit more constant.

Physio Update
Went to see my physio this morning and she confirmed that, as I suspected, I have Plantar
Fasciitis
:-( She did some ultrasound and massage and has given me some specific exercises to do and said that I'm fine to use the cross-trainer but no running for the time being.
