Now I wonder whether this could be at the root of my plantar
fasciitis
? Only in one foot, though and that's steadily improving. Does anyone else use these?

Still going around in circles, very confused
I ended up with increased heel pain, plantar
fasciitis
got worse, severe headaches. After approximately 2 weeks I have now decided to go back to taking 100 T4, 12.5 T3. I take 100T4+10T3 at 7am. Later in the day at 4pm I took the other 2.5 mcg.

What did you do to run with plantar fasciitis?
I have been having issues with heel pain, since being on garmin coach training for 10k, it is a mixture of speedwork and longer runs at weekend so far I have managed 7.5km!!! I don't know if I overtrained, and now I have insoles and I do a lot of stretches. But I am unable to run 3 times a week, which

It’s not plantar
fasciitis
as I’ve had that in the past. I don’t think it’s shin splints as the pain starts at the top of my foot near the ankle and seems to radiate up my leg.

Plantar fasciitis pain at night
Has anyone else got experience of plantar
fasciitis
causing such extreme pain that it wakes you up at night or is this possible that it’s something else? Thanks in advance!

Sore foot!!
My foot has been sore since my run I have had plantar
fasciitis
before but not for a long time!! Wanted to do run 2 tomorrow but don’t want to make it worse, been rolling it on a foam roller and using an ice pack. Feeling a bit rubbish as I’ve only just begun 🙁

Painful foot/ankle & use of microcurrent
I went a few times (making her aware of my PMR) she didn’t think it was Plantar
Fasciitis
or even tendonitis.

I also have my painful Plantar

Bad Knees ☹️ Organising my time🧐W4R2
Oh and I also have plantar
fasciitis
which wrecks for days after too (doesn’t actually hurt on a run if I do my stretches properly first) Any tips on organising my time please too would also help. Does everyone have a running drawer with loads of sets of clothes they can run in ?

Advice or reassurance please, it’s a daft question...
My plantar
fasciitis
has been a monkey this week. Doing stretches, ice etc but up overnight as painful. I clearly need to rest it which is killing me as I really want to run. My daft question is, for someone like me new to running, will resting mean I go backwards quickly?

Painful feet!
I was first mis diagnosed with planter
fasciitis
but that was then ruled out as I don’t have the same symptoms. I’ve seen all the specialists in the city and nobody knows why I’m in so much pain. They are now saying my calf muscles are very tight and I might benefit from calf release surgery.

Cautionary tale, not preaching just sharing...
So... weeks later currently unable to run as plantar
fasciitis
and tendonitis has laid me off. I also found at the sports injury clinic that my gait analysis had been incorrect which did not help me.

Coping with plantar fasciitis.
It is wonderful to be running again, so imagine my dismay at discovering that a mild grumbling Plantar
Fasciitis
is getting worse. Has anybody found useful ways of dealing with this without having to stop running altogether?

FINALLY BROKEN THE 7 MILE LINE
and it’s been a rocky road with holidays, studying, work and a bout of plantar
fasciitis
.. However after 2 weeks off - full of ice and stretches - my foot felt so much better this morning so I decided to try for 7 miles.

Plantar fasciitis
Well the clue is in the title😐 Haven’t been able to run for 3 weeks and now have been told by my physio another two to 3 months off! Gutted . I’m gonna miss running and will need to do something else. But nothing cuts it ! Swimming is a hassle - cycling is a bore ! All of you lucky runners enjoy summer
