Still feeling positive!
No knee pain as yet and the dreaded plantar
fasciitis
has not returned. Watched the Japanese slow running clip and found it very helpful . Also find the very positive support from the community inspiring.

Plantar Fisciitis
I have in recent years suffered with Plantar
Fasciitis
in both feet, having resulted in having steroid injections in right foot some years ago. My left foot has started with symptoms but still began the Couch to 5k, in week 2 now.

Gait Analysis - is it essential?
I suffer with knee issues and plantar
fasciitis
so I need to do everything possible to ensure I don’t exacerbate these - especially as I have a physical job that relies on my knees and legs being operational! I think I need to upgrade to running shoes ASAP as my knees and feet are pretty sore now.

Twitching legs and feet.
I’m being treated for plantar
fasciitis
Which is costly but feel it’s not improving. I’ve got a feeling I’ve got something going on with my nerves and muscles. I feel like I have wriggling worms in my feet and legs - my feet are quite painful. I hobble about likes an old lady.

Is it B12 deficiency
I have planter
fasciitis
and bone marrow oedema in my foot but I am sure the stabbing pain I get in my heel maybe neuropathy. Lately I have had a tickling cough on and off and have been wheezing.

Plantar Fasciitis
Have had a relapse of plantar
fasciitis
, something that started way before I began running and and I felt had cleared up. But it seems to have returned with a vengeance! Does anyone else run with this condition?

2 Yr Runniversary
Despite spending three months on the IC due to plantar
fasciitis
this year, I’ve still managed to achieve a few goals... although they are pretty weedy compared to some on here. However I did my first park run 16.02.19, then did 3 more. My PB was 32.18. Then my longest run was 6.03km.

Eosinophilic Fasciitis?
My dad, who is in his 60s, was diagnosed with Eosinophilic
Fasciitis
this past June. Apparently this auto immune disease is rare, and they don't know much about it.

Anyone familiar with Eosinophilic Fasciitis?

A day of firsts
I went for On Cloudflyer as I am a neutral runner but need a bit of arch support for plantar
fasciitis
, particularly in my right foot. For anyone currently shoe shopping, these are good.

Still going around in circles, very confused
I ended up with increased heel pain, plantar
fasciitis
got worse, severe headaches. After approximately 2 weeks I have now decided to go back to taking 100 T4, 12.5 T3. I take 100T4+10T3 at 7am. Later in the day at 4pm I took the other 2.5 mcg.

Plantar fasciitis
At my last appointment with the rheumy nurse she told me I now have plantar
fasciitis
, she didn’t offer me much information on this condition. It’s causing me a great deal of pain and I am wondering if anyone else with the condition could advise me on any coping mechanisms.

Opinions welcome
Now I wonder whether this could be at the root of my plantar
fasciitis
? Only in one foot, though and that's steadily improving. Does anyone else use these?

What did you do to run with plantar fasciitis?
I have been having issues with heel pain, since being on garmin coach training for 10k, it is a mixture of speedwork and longer runs at weekend so far I have managed 7.5km!!! I don't know if I overtrained, and now I have insoles and I do a lot of stretches. But I am unable to run 3 times a week, which
