Don't stop me now (Plantar fasciitis), I'm having such a good time! Wk7r3
Can anyone advise me how to relieve plantar
fasciitis
? I have the right trainers. It's been flaring up for a few weeks but standing at festival over weekend has really aggravated it and now feels like I've been smashed in my heel with a hammer.

Plantar-fasciitis - Do I go for the half marathon 2nd Sept.
So I suffered plantar-
fasciitis
in my left foot, I have very flat feet and the soreness came in after a 10 mile run. I have been not able to run for 2 weeks and completed a 5K parkrun on Saturday with no ill effects.

Feeling a bit lost and confused...
I have Plantar
Fasciitis
in both feet and have done for years. Iโve recently had an operation to lengthen my calf muscle in the hope to relieve some of the pain and tension in my foot, but so far the pain has got worse.

Hi
I have fibromyalgia and planter
fasciitis
in my feet so exercise is now a minimum. I work everyday as a TA in a school so I am not sat still all day but I obviously need to do more. Is there anyone who can help with exercise options that's not so painful for me?

Update on the Vibrams
Someone, CurlyGurly, I think (can't seem to tag any more), suggested it may actually be the dreaded plantar
fasciitis
. That got me searching the web and I came to the conclusion she may be right. It's always my left heel and always the same place and it did seem odd.

W3r1 in the bag, feeling chuffed to bits
After a reoccurrence of my dreaded foot injury plantar
fasciitis
, my doctor advised me to not run for a couple months and gave me lots of exercises to do to help the healing process. Finally I feel as if I'm on my way.

Hashimotos and connective tissue disorder
I believe I have connective tissue disorder or eosinophilia
fasciitis
(shulmans syndrome) I don't believe it's active and was very slow in progressing mostly on arms and legs. My question is has anyone ever had this or same symptoms.

Do I have Psoratic Arthritis
In between the diagnosis of Psoriasis and later Arthritis I have had bouts of Plantar
Fasciitis
in my right heel. This was eventually dealt with on both occasions with cortisone injections. Last October I suffered torn tendons in my left knee which took until January to fully heal.

Pain and swelling in ball of foot
