seeking someone who will understand my thyroid problem and suggest some help
By April this year I was having pain in both feet, which has been attributed to plantar
fasciitis
. I know this can be related to thyroid disease.

Plantar Fasciitis, Joint pain and Levothyroxin
I am only on 50m - within a few days I started suffering from Plantar
Fasciitis
- it is not something I have suffered from before so I thought there could be a connection. I swapped back to a morning dose but that has made no difference and I also now have fatigue, cramp and joint pain.

Can someone point me at evidence of suppressed TSH being OK when on T4/T3 therapy?
Just added plantar
fasciitis
to heart ahhrythmia, joints and muscle aches and pains, weight gain, tinnitus, sinusitis etc etc etc, and it's pretty miserable. Endo says he is open minded, so with the right 'evidence' I might be able to convince him to change/increase meds. Thank you

No weight loss this week :-(
Last night after dinner, I wanted more food - so I went out for a 30 minute walk instead (I had a foot operation 6 weeks ago for plantar
fasciitis
and will need the other foot also operated on later this year, so walking is not the most comfortable). Here's to a new week .... good luck everyone.

Doh! So near (w8r3) and yet, so far
Heel pain - or after a bit of research plantar
fasciitis
, so resting again now, stretches, compression sock etc., and hope pain will be gone in about a week. A bit glum as my 'special' birthday is not far away now and wanted to complete the programme before then, I still might make it.

Starting week two and dodgey footwear
I have quite flat feet too and a history of plantar
fasciitis
I worry a little about this returning if I don't run in the right shoes. I know that my right foot rolls a little to the inside so I need some support for this. Anyone else got this problem?

foot/ankle strengthening exercises
I have had a stop/start experience with C25K because I have had a lot of foot and ankle problems and niggles: plantar
fasciitis
, tight, niggling achilles. I am ok at the moment and about to begin week 7 but can feel some tightness in my right achilles.

My Lymphedema DX and Necrotizing Fasciitis Story
I had Necrotizing
Fasciitis
. I spent one week in ICU and then spent two months in a Rehab facility for wound care (that is one huge wound). While in rehab, two things started happening. Swelling in my abdomen started, and also in my left leg, especially when I had PT or walked about.

PLANTAR
FASCIITIS
: have been given exercises and ONE, ONE! pair of insoles to wear, it's early days but, already, they are smelly and squashed. Does anyone know of where I can get some more? And do they actually work?

oh my good god!
I can highly recommend "The Running Fox" in Loughborough who provide gait analysis in order to ensure that I bought the best trainers possible for someone with a previously broken left foot and plantar
fasciitis
in the right.

I promised an update - end of 4th week on T4/T3 combo... Feeling better...
I told him about my hypo symptoms which although greatly improved, some are still there: mild cramps (compared to the scream-out-loud cramps I had in September ) Plantar
fasciitis
(much improved, in fact, hardly feel it today) fingertips tingly and numb - although improved difficulty
