Plantar fasciitis
I love running but have not run for nearly 3 weeks. On my last run I 'concentrated on posture': while running I stretched by back. This gave me quite a sore lower back so I rested. Then I noticed that my heel was sore. I have self diagnosed 🫣 from the NHS website and am applying ice. But I want

Feet Problems
I have Crest and Raynaud's (diagnosed in 2014) and have been getting more feet problems like plantar
fasciitis
and ankle joint issues in the last few years. Does anyone know if this is common with CREST or Raynaud's?

chronic tendonitis and plantar fasciitis
Hi Everyone Has anyone had to deal with chronic tendonitis and plantar fasciatas after some time on Letrozole? I have been on the drug for a year and a half and I use the treadmill to power walk everyday. So the arthritic condition is in my left ankle/foot. And makes it impossible to walk. The pain

Achilles tendonitis and PMR
I had a very painful, swollen Achilles tendon in 2020, which lasted for a good year, then developed a PMR- like illness, Eosinophilic
Fasciitis
, in 2022. Down to 2.5mg Pred. now. In the last few weeks I have developed Achilles tendonitis again - not as bad as the first time - yet.

return to running after plantar fasciitis
. 🙏 I’ve had plantar
fasciitis
for 8 months and arch pain, couldn’t run, walking was very painful in my heel. A podiatrist advised I have high arches and prescribed orthotics for my daily shoes.

Overcoming plantar fasciitis
Hi, I just wanted to share my experience of suffering with plantar
fasciitis
this summer. I found it started late July and could feel pain in my heel (especially worse in the mornings) but weirdly fine when I ran.

Diagnosis
Has anyone been diagnosed with a differential: Eosinofillic
Fasciitis
/Diffuse Scleroderma/Pan Sclerotic Morphea. I was diagnosed in 2011 with diffuse scleroderma. Progressive skin tightening from head to toe, unbearable fatigue, itching etc.

Where to start with Strength and Flex?
Hello I have suffered a variety of injuries/issues since starting C25K, including shin splints, plantar
fasciitis
, hip and knee pain and most recently, anterior tibular tendinitis. I have just started the programme again after time on the IC for this.

And now I've broken my foot! 😱
X ( osteo) said probably plantar
fasciitis
but it was so bad it was obviously a break, presume spontaneous fracture due to OP. So I hobble about on 2 sticks, groaning, pain killers gave me gut rot plus already had bad nausea for weeks so up Omeprazole to 2 day.

Has anyone here experienced persistent plantar fasciitis and been diagnosed with ovarian cancer?
At the same time my symptoms started, I got plantar
fasciitis
in my left foot (same side as ovary with cyst) and had it for about 9 months now, and not getting any better despite doing all the exercises given by podiatrist. I've got some ankle and lower leg swelling on left leg.

Plantar fasciitis
I might have yet another inflammatory condition: sudden agonising heel and sole of foot pain. I think I've been ignoring it, but boy is it in the fore front of my mind now! I'm seeing a physio tomorrow. My question: I'm not supposed to take NSAIDs, although I have taken a couple. Also Co Codamol.

The reason I mention this is how I manage the stress and how I developed Plantar
Fasciitis
. I have been so stressed about selling my house in Maple Ridge at a loss to relocating my husbands parents who lived in their own suite in our home for ten years to living in B&B’s for five months.

For a Strong Body, You Need Strong Feet
Incorporating foot and toe exercises into your routine long before you develop shin splints or plantar

can help prevent those injuries and improve how you walk, especially as you age. “Toe weakness is the single biggest predictor of falls when we get older,” Dr. Conley said……….”
