Planter fasciitis in week 6.
I have got up the last few mornings to terrible pain in my heel. Googled it and think its PF. Should I stop running, I really don't want to as I feel better than I have in years doing it. I have gym membership so could go and do some exercise there. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Progress and changes following loading injections... Have others experienced this
Plantar
fasciitis
is vastly improved. Pain in shoulders has gone. Feel warmer and have more colour in my cheeks and look less sallow. However definitely getting more tingly sensation in wrists and fingers and down ankles, thighs and into feet, can also be achy in those areas.

Until I decided to run the Asbury Park Half 2yrs ago, I registered and wanted to run a good time for once so I started the Hanson's Half Marathon plan, it's a great plan but I wasn't ready for all the speedwork, although I was meeting all my times, I eventually got Plantar

Irritating Pain / Over-Sensitivity
- Plantar
fasciitis
on left foot, not sure if that's related. Diagnoses I went to my urologist who thought I could have injured a vein on my penis and caused a blood clot. He suggested to apply heat, take Motrin, and abstain from ejaculation.

Plantar fasciitis and hypo
Bad bout of pf currently - that's inflammation of the tendon between heel and foot pad, very painful on first walking, very disabling, it's assoc with hypo, perhaps because general weakening of muscles causes weak arches and weak core body strength. Then the weight thing would make it worse OK and I

ITP Symptoms after 30 years
The only thing I can think that might have caused this is that I've been taking larger than normal qualities of Advil due to hip pain, shin splints and plantar
fasciitis
not caused by running, but by various classes I take at the gym, mostly Barre classes. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Chiropractor love 💕
My GP suspected plantar
fasciitis
but said it was very unusual to be on the outside edge of my foot not the arch or heel.

Owww! My Poor Feet!
Apparently it is Plantar
Fasciitis
, but I call it *insert expletive here*. The doctor gave me some helpful exercises to help alleviate it and suggested that I live in my trainers for a while. It won't stop me running, but it won't stop me moaning either. Please feel free to moan along with me.

New here, starting Couch to 5k
Last year I had awful plantar
fasciitis
and gave up. This time I am trying to be careful, I did Day 1 twice, then had minor surgery so took a week off, this week I did Day 1 and Day 2. My inner calves are in agony. I think it's my soleus muscles.
