Respiratory infection triggering symptoms
After almost a year free of symptoms I contracted a respiratory tract infection that has left me with inflammatory pain in my shoulder, feet and hands. So far I am not as bad as I have been in the past however it was a similar respiratory virus that triggered my wort episode 7 years ago.

IC had me for a few days
Iām pretty pleased with that as I know my next
injury
wonāt hold me
back
... Iāll still hit that fitness target. Canāt wait to give it a go tomorrow and hoping that it doesnāt react as that will mean a full week at least off.

Back from Injury and zombie state - w7 run 2
I had the pleasure of running in sunny California today! It feels amazing to run after 5 days. My ankle is almost fully healed but I ran very very slowly today to ensure there is no new damage. This run and plenty of sleep helped me come back from my zombie jet lagged state. Thanks MarkyD for the

Mirtazapine and tinnitus
I'm trying to determine whether the Mirtazapine or Ambien or Benzo drugs caused my tinnitus. Taking Benzo drugs to sleep I switched to Ambien thinking it was safer but found I could only sleep 2 or 3 hours at a time when I took it in small or medium doses. My Phych prescribed Mirt 7.5 mg + 2.5 mg ambien

Off the IC and back out running
I tried Ju Ju's magic plan but only got in to 2nd week so perhaps I'll stretch it out over a longer period to try to avoid
injury
. Nice to be
back
though

Volunteers wanted in S.West for University of Bath study designing an app. that monitors RA disease progress
I'm a participant is this scheme and it's a great project. They're designing an app that uses digital tech (smart phone) to monitor disease activity in a way that will hopefully lead to quicker, more effective medical intervention when it's needed. You just need to be able to get to Bath for a first

Timing
I have split my dose of pred and am wondering what time people take their evening dose? I am presently on 12mg, 9mg am and reducing by 1mg monthly. I do not like the idea of taking it and then going to bed as my Mom passed with esophageal cancer so not a good idea for me. My Reumy does not like me splitting

I have a lump on my head
So I noticed this a few months ago and I'm 99.99% sure it's not a cysts or ingrown hair. It's a bump right above my right ear. It totally feels like solid bone! I have a really tiny one above my left ear. It doesn't hurt to touch or press on it. It doesn't move go in. I'm a 40 old male, who's a plumber

Back out there.
Having rested an
injury
for a week,
back
out for Wk7. It was tough and I slowed right down and had to stop at about 23 mins. But not too bad, I think the humidity caught me out today, the old saying still goes, no such thing as the wrong weather just the wrong clothing.

Mistletoe
Hi all - finished 18 weeks chemo Nov 1st. Eating 90% plant based - however I was prior to dx May 2018 too. (Stage 3/grade3; brca negative). Naturopath recently told me about mistletoe injections. I would love to read your thoughts and or experience. Thank you!

Stomach virus.. Should I increase pred for a few days?
I've had a nasty stomach virus for a few days. PMR symptoms under control. Should I increase pred for a few days? Just thinking of adrenal glands. I've had a headache all day but could be due to no caffeine. Thanks friends.
