SEVERE BACK INJURY
Hello. I hurt my back last Monday.. I could not stand, walk or sit. I went to the emergency room, nothing broken, they gave me a pain killer, and 2 other shots and sent me home. I hardly made it up the stairs. I could not walk st all for the next 2 days, my body is lopsided, but I can now walk a little

More bad news
Had to visit hostpital after advice from paramedic , to be told that there was nothing more they could be done for me except carry on with colomycin, salbutomol and oromorph. What I now need advice on concerns my gut, I have no appetite and when I try to eat I feel sick after a few mouthfuls. I am

Right Bundle Branch Block
I have been diagnosed with RBBB and was told its nothing to worry about but when I can feel my irregular heart beat it doesn't feel like there is nothing to worry about. Plus I can find very little information about this condition.

W1R3 abandoned ☹️
So, I’m a middle aged man who has been club cycling for the last few years and decided to start running 25 years after my last real runs following a
back
injury
(disectomy) Run no. 1 last Saturday was great and I was pleased I was off to a positive start.

Couch to.... how far? - My journey
Just after the first time, I picked up an
injury
and I probably came
back
running to soon, and immediately picked up another
injury
- Doh! So in April 18, I was ready once more. Having regained all lost weight - I set out on the C25K road again, and again with Laura.

Company at the Coast....
Today was going to be a challenge, especially, as I am not long
back
on track after my last
injury
, but I, knew that I would complete the course...even if I walked the lot, and had the luxury of the knowledge that I would have friends there.

Feeling light headed permantly
Hi everyone, havent been on this for a while, I sustained a brain
injury
due to a car accident
back
in Oct 2016. Its been a couple of years strugging with vertigo/dizziness but as time has went on the dizziness has settled but still feeling lightheaded although not dizzy if that makes sense.

Reflection
This time last year I could hardly walk 100m (on several different painkillers for
back
injury
). Then August I gave up smoking, started healthy eating and got GP referral to the gym.

Getting it wrong is not the end of it all
The, almost inevitable,
injury
occurred and set me
back
by about 6 weeks (trachantor bursitis and iliotibial band
injury
). I got the help of a good physio, did the excercises and kept walking. I got back to running 3 weeks ago and just completed W9 R3 today.

Respiratory infection triggering symptoms
After almost a year free of symptoms I contracted a respiratory tract infection that has left me with inflammatory pain in my shoulder, feet and hands. So far I am not as bad as I have been in the past however it was a similar respiratory virus that triggered my wort episode 7 years ago.

IC had me for a few days
I’m pretty pleased with that as I know my next
injury
won’t hold me
back
... I’ll still hit that fitness target. Can’t wait to give it a go tomorrow and hoping that it doesn’t react as that will mean a full week at least off.
