Anyone have advice on abnormal blood tests n pain plsx
I hope your all doing well I was just wondering and it may sound silly/ clutching at straws to get some answers but to anyone who has suffered
injury
or had chronic pain in
back
and sciatica too are there any known links with blood tests being abnormal that could show possible causes or be related to

I'm back! :-)
Every time I've tried to get
back
to running since then I've had another
injury
or another that's stopped me again- definitely a good lesson in there somewhere! Anyway that's me back again, this time with a sports physio behind me.

Hydrotherapy so excited
Pathetic. I am actually excited that I have found a complimentary therapy that feels good and actually works, lovely lovely warm water, resistance jets to help build back muscle tone all with a physio. Oh bliss. Hubby did point out that as three sessions a week are recommended ( can't afford more than

Newbie starting today- help 🙈
I am so gutted as I worked hard to lose 4 stones 3 years ago but due to an
injury
to my
back
, I have become less mobile. So my aim is to lose this weight before I have (hopefully) the last surgery on my back.

My dermatologist recommended isotretinoin, is this the same as Roaccutane?
A few of you recommended Roaccutane to me to stop my acne due to endo. My dermatologist has recommended isotretinoin, is this the same thing? Or if not has anyone had any experience with it? Thanks!

Magnesium Malate
Has anyone tried magnesium malate for their fibro. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and feel so much better, but interested to hear if anyone else has had good results with it. Pain, fatigue and anxiety have been greatly reduced. Hoping this will last long term.

W2R1 - second (or even third) time around!
Having had my first two attempts thwarted by
injury
, I'm very happy to be
back
on track, and ran W2R1 this morning. I got to week 5 last time but decided to go right back to the beginning and have upped the pace slightly this time round - which so far seems to be doable!!

FUROSEMIDE
Hi, I've suffered with COPD for sometime and always thought I was good at managing it, however I was recently told that I was having an uninflected flair up, after three weeks of steroids I now have some fluid in my lungs and very bad oedema to both ankles and legs, the GP put me on 40mg FUROSEMIDE daily

Delayed start to W9
But the
injury
gave me a chance to regroup and come
back
stronger. I went out hoping I hadn't lost too much fitness, and came home running further than I ever have done in my entire life. Running has given me such a sense of achievement.

Walk in showers
I also have a
back
injury
and have pretty bad pain if I have to walk any great distance. I recently requested a walk in shower when I was planning a few days away.

MRI scan very very noisy and had issues about ear plugs.
I went for MRI scan to look into my inner ear yesterday and after wards my hyperacusis was louder. I went home and could hear all the different banging, clanging and thudding sounds of the machine all night long in my bed. I knew beforehand there was a risk so I took my own ear plugs which were superior

Epidural Fibrosis
Anything new with the EF? Some days I get so fed up with this pain and it feels to be progressing more and more. It makes me so depressed but I fight it. I don't even feel comfortable talking to my NP anymore. Being the fact that I will be like this for the rest of my life and on pain meds for life.

Cut the grass
It's only a little patch but I didn't think I could manage it, it was very long too. However I did and it got easier as I progressed. I had to have quite a few rests. Now, an hour later, I feel much better than this morning. When I was in the Brompton for a week and really doing nothing my blood pressure

What are your thoughts?
For the last couple of months I have had onset of low
back
pain with no
injury
. Two days ago I started having pain just under my diaphragm on right side. Prior to this cancer which was an accidental finding I would just wait and see then most likely contact my family doctor if it worsened.
