Since graduating for a mixture of reasons I have only managed to get 2 runs at week done but then I had a groin injury which further set me back! I then managed to get one 30 minute run under my belt and have come down ill again with dizziness that makes me feel sick which I get from time to time so gutted! Now wondering after a few weeks of no running how to build myself up to running 30 minutes again without giving myself another strain! Any suggestions?

So would you suggest going back to a earlier week on the C25k?

Sorry you’ve been unwell. If I were in your position I’d start back at something like W4 - 5 min runs & walking just to take the temperature so to speak. Then continue from there. You could progress a bit faster if it’s all comfortable or play safe and build up again. And have you seen this - m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2... it’s a low impact style of running and designed to prevent injury. So maybe try this way for a bit while you get back to fitness. Hope this helps
