Very sad
I haven't run for several weeks now due to a nasty
injury
at the base of my
back
that meets the little recess dimple area just up from your bottom. Physio said it could be a slight muscle tear or really overworked an area of muscle which hasn't been really used in years.

Tinnitus after headaches
I started having headaches after Christmas and a low ringing in my ears. Since then I've been going to rehab for my neck muscles and my headaches have got better, also have been taking Tryptizol once a day before sleeping. Vagus Nerve Stimulation
Hi, I have had single sided tinnitus now for about 9 months. I have had the MRI stuff and with no abnormalities have been left to just get on with the kettle boiling sound in one ear. I have done the normal rounds of cranial sacral, meditation, yoga all, I am afraid, to no effect. Then I found this:

C25k as rehab- here we go again...
My Saucony shoes have covered over 350 miles and if I make it to W5R3 without further
injury
I will be
back
at the shop for a new pair. So, physio is advising caution, and as a horse person I know tendons take a while to heal and are never as good as they were.

Strange/hopeful realization
I am new to this forum, Iām 19 and my tinnitus started about two months ago, not sure why. It is in both ears, one consistent hum and one āringing bellā like sound. There are possibly more, I have been obsessively avoiding listening to them. Luckily so far I canāt hear them over the sound of the tv or

Iron supplements and ferritin levels
Prior to switching to a new doctor, due to moving out of state, I weaned myself off all my meds (statins, Tramadol for a
back
injury
, etc) other than a thyroid pill I desperately need, to get a fresh start from someone new. I thought I could control my back pain with just OTC drugs.

Annoying injury holding me back!
It's such a mild injury! A level 2 out of ten on pain scale. But if I try to jog even just gently it quickly goes to a level 4. I think it is archilles tendonitis. When it is getting better it's just a dull ache at the back of my ankle. But as it flares up the pain rises up the back of my calf. This

Well, if I can do it...
Don't ever give up; you might suffer little niggles and maybe an
injury
along the way (I have, but you bounce
back
!) I have lost a stone in weight without really changing my diet, lost 3 inches off my waist and have hugely improved my cardio-vascular fitness and tackled some low-level depression.
