Red line and dark discoloration on neck
Hi Folks. Hope everyone is safe and well during this pandemic. Ever since the pandemic started and the stress went overboard, I've started having this thin red/dark line on the side of my neck. It comes and goes, for the last two days it's been there. Somedays it disappears. There's not much discomfort

B2 vitamin
I have recently come across having low B2 causing low mode, fatigue, skin problems, hair falling out etc. I have had some of the symptoms of low B2 I know my b12 is in the right range. A B2 test needs you to do a pee test. I’ve not ever been tested for low B2 and I’m wondering may be this is getting

How to return from a calf strain well (PART 5): Mulling over this year’s running stats
But my motivation was as high as the number of layers I wore, as it was the first run of week 4 of my James Dunne return from
injury
plan, which uses the jeffing method to get
back
to regular running of 35min.

I never received the letter or email regarding the PCR test. I called 119 who said they could not send the special PCR test as I hadn’t received the letter. They suggest I called gp which I did & practice manager was supposed to call me back next day. No call. The thing that worries me is why am

3rd time's a charm!
Then pushing too quickly to get
back
to longer distances causing a knee
injury
which meant no running for 2 months in the winter. I carefully got back to regularly running, felt stronger, achieved 10k and at the beginning of April caught bloody covid...and a good dose too!

CATCH-UP CORNER.. End of JULY...Weekend chat.... Please, come on in and share:)
Starting out, returning to running, getting
back
after illness or
injury
; and this is why I read so many times, that folk have just had to put on their running shoes, head out the door and after the shortest time, and the shortest distance, those happy feelings start whizzing around, encouraging them

Don't rush
back
from
injury
- work on leg strength and avoid too much impact on the joints - Strava says I cycled a fair bit in August and early September last year to help me build up strength.

Mouth Taping
I have been a ' mouth breather' all my life . ( 70 yrs old now). I would say it became problematic as I entered by 50's. Waking up in the middle of the night with extreme dry mouth/throat. Then waking in the morning with a slight headache and low energy. I somehow landed on a 'mouth taping' site (

Update: Working towards 10K
I started off running 2.5K and slowly building myself
back
up to avoid
injury
. My most recent run (yesterday!) I ran 5.3K in 34 minutes which although was tough I was chuffed to pieces with! It was a cold morning but beautiful clear blue skies and it really felt like spring is on the way.
