I do have a lower

but it doesn't usually give me this type of pain/discomfort.

It’s hard work
Hi all, Just wondering if anyone else gets the feeling that everything is hard work after a head
injury
? I’m trying so hard to get some normality
back
but when I push myself through a day I really pay for it the next day with headache, pain where the injury was and confusion.

Week 1 Run 1 Take 2
I was devastated when I was unable to run due to a (non-running related)
back
injury
in September. Months of osteopathy and then physio recommended exercises have brought me to the point where I can consider running again for the first time in over 3 months. So I ran Week 1 Run 1 of C25k today.

The SETBACK is the FIRST STEP towards your COMEBACK!
I am picking up quite a lot of questions about illness,
injury
and in particular getting
back
to running. For me, right now, I can totally empathise with those questions.

he had

I’ll never understand this illness
Nothing in the hips, apart from the pain from a low
back
injury
from many years ago. I’ve tried paracetamol but this doesn’t help.

Has anyone experienced excruciating pain after a few weeks of starting Xofigo (Radium 223)? Started 08/04/2021. Hospitalized since Sat-8/21
They see degenerative disk disease which we know he has a past
back
injury
from 1995. She states it could be from the Xofigo attacking the cancer cells. Thoughts?

UK pharmacies in dark about ministers’ plan to maintain drug supplies
The headline might be a bit overdone but, as you read, it is clear that we simply do not know what is happening. Nor what will happen. This follows at least one post about delays in getting Teva levothyroxine - which must be one of the most common thyroid medicines.

Why is W5R3 such a 'big' jump, you may ask ...
A big clue as to how W5R3 works, can be found in this slightly-similar-to-C25K 9-week 'return-to-run' protocol (Week 10 is 3x 30 minutes), for anyone who's maybe coming
back
from
injury
and lost a lot of conditioning. Like me :-) See if you can spot that big clue.

Posterior cruciate
thought I'd check out if anyone has experience of this
injury
. Fell on my knee
back
in June and had trouble with bending it right back ever since. Can't sit on my heels or kneel on it. It doesn't impede running tho. Any idea how long it takes to heal?
