I suffer from debilitating back pain due to thorraccic fractures and injury plus rotor cuff injury and osteoporosis and osteoarthritis-in the back. Wearing a bra is a nightmare despite trying many different makes and types. It makes life a bit of a pain. On the plus side i have a comfy chair and bed and a great and helpful husband who does the hoovering etc.. I am sorry to hear that you experience pain it can undermine time with family and friends.
