Inner resourcing over the holidays
Yoga
is a path within. To self realisation. It is not a set of rules and restrictions. Just like nutrition. When we continue to dive deep into our human experience, into our spirituality, our relationships, we become the seeker, the quester. The adventurer. Recognising that life IS the learning.

Medication or advice for extreme fatigue?
I usually like swimming and
yoga
but can’t drag myself off the sofa. Read that exercise can help fatigue- has anyone found this works? Usually so active and push through fatigue, but have been trying to listen to my body and rest more, and when like this, I feel exercise would be impossible.

Hi.
Things that make me feel better include
yoga
and reading. I do like
yoga
for mindfulness and I do like reading for fun and to see new ideas. I especially enjoy reading about travel because I get to explore different places.

Needing a nap!
I have a homemade healthy protein shake after my run (and had porridge and chai seeds etc after the
yoga
class). I do work extremely hard and have long days in the week. Run usually 3x a week. Do you experience the nap effect?

My solution for RLS
I know it is a lot of work, the
yoga
and the walking but laying in bed awake is so much more horrible. And i like now to do the
yoga
and walking. Anyway, rls is curable, but you need to put in the work.

What is your favourite exercise prop?
I was recently reminded again about how many
yoga
props I started with (2 blankets, 2 cushions, blocks and a strap) and how I now only need the blocks and blanket. And the
Yoga
blocks are definitely my favourite.

Heart palpitations since vaccine. Myocarditis?
I can't run, workout or
yoga
anymore. I have to walk slowly or stop on poor dog walks now- feel dizzy/spacy heart races. General tiredness I want every day to end so I can go to bed even sleep is difficult or sometimes scary.

Today was not a good day
It's Sunday tomorrow, so I am gonna do a little
yoga
and practice those breathing exercises a user recommended to me a while back. I am gonna wash my hair too. And hopefully, I will feel refreshed enough to make the afternoon study session work. My exams are approaching fast.

Hip Replacement and PMR
I try to walk- 15 to 20 mins - but it's increasingly painful and I'm trying to keep my
yoga
exercises for the back and core going but have to heave myself up from the floor with arms. Any suggestions, please.

BCUK Pilates Days 11 - 17 Getting into a Pilates groove?
Normally I manage to do the
yoga
anyway, but I also dropped that, and any running, and the Pilates, and so just slept all day. So although I’m now rested, I’m also two days behind, on Pilates.

Amazing update 9 months on
Also took up
yoga
. Today my fibro scan score was 5.2 and bloods all normal. My appointment was on the 7th floor and last time I was out of breath just walking from the lift to the waiting room. Today I ran up those 7 flights in my size 14 jogging bottoms - used to be a size 26.

yoga
after hip replacement (already checked: I have a horse, and one of my friends was back on her horse after 6 months of hip replacement) Thank you for any insights!
