We have started! A new Yoga calendar! Yoga with Adriene YWA August calendar daily practice!

Picture: hubby and I took this Yoga session outside again onto our lawn, and yes, we got a new lawn mower so it’s back from being a wildflower patch to a lawn again. And savasana at the end felt great, as one can see! 😄 We managed to experience both blue skies 🌞 and first refreshing rain drizzle drops 💦.

Well done CBDB and Mr CBDB! I’m hoping to do Day 1 later on today but I’ve just run 10 miles and currently have no muscles in my legs! If I don’t I’ll do days 1 and 2 tomorrow. 😀

I've been away for a few days, but as I'd promised to do August's calendar I packed my mat and have the first two sessions behind me! If I hadn't replied to your post CBDB, being away would have been enough for me to put it off for another month 😀

😆👍🏽💪 it was certainly a sweaty start to the month! I’m just hoping it’s not quite like that on a daily basis! 😳 I think I need my 15 min easy neck stretch once in a while to recover 😂😅

Yes I’m hoping moving from lunge to side plank to wild thing is a one off 🙈 I’m sure mine did not look as elegant as Adriene’s 🤪

🤩I’m sure they look beautiful! (I do this halfway thing with one knee still on the ground, so it’s a beautiful half-wild-half-tamed thing) 👍🏽💪👏
