I’m a couple of days behind, first because I never have time at the exact times for the live sessions, and second because I had a day where I was really exhausted after running some intensive residential training days at work.
Too much stress tends to throw my metabolism off kilter, as it is struggling with a thyroid condition, but a day of rest allows my whole system to reset. Normally I manage to do the yoga anyway, but I also dropped that, and any running, and the Pilates, and so just slept all day.
So although I’m now rested, I’m also two days behind, on Pilates. (and in my running plan (10k consolidation) I am expanding the concept of a week again. 😃)
So where is everyone else in the BCUK challenge? I see dijep leads us in keeping up with every day! (Woohoo, well done!) .
And the good thing is that the webpage where all the Pilates session are slowly appearing is beginning to look like a fabulous resource of Pilates session. So I’m hoping they might stay accessible after the challenge is over.
So here day 11-17:
• Monday 11 On-demand 15mins Energise
• Tuesday 12 LIVE @12.30pm 25mins Strengthen
• Wednesday 13 On-demand 15mins Express workout
• Thursday 14 LIVE @7:45pm 25mins Recentre & recharge
Well, I am managing to do more than I usually do, so the Challenge is working (though I see I am not on your list). However, like you CBDB, I am also 2 days behind and as I have a creaky shoulder am finding some of the arm movements a little tricky. But it is good to have a plan and motivation to do a class 🦵💪🧘♀️ and it will be interesting to see if this leads to helping my running 😁🤗🤸♀️🏃♀️!!

Oh no, how did I miss this. Apologies! 💨 (speeds off to edit list) 🔙👏🎉 There!
Well done! Yeah, hubby has creaky shoulder as well, and he has said that the shoulder feels better, although it makes quite a bit of noise when rotating.(the kind of noise that my neck makes when I’m rolling my head)
I've got into a good rhythm with these sessions, for me it's an late afternoon dog walk, feed the dog then upstairs for Pilates before my tea. I'm hoping that by the times I've done the 25 days I can keep going with this routine using YWA / and general core work.
I know I'm at a major advantage timewise having retired from the world of work 🤣
As you say CBDB it would be great if these sessions were still accessible after the 25 days.
👍🏽 yes, we’ll see. I’ve got the entrance page now bookmarked, only with the password needing to be entered. There are really some slightly different movements and flows which are great, although I miss the music at the start and end, and also good audio quality.
I was so busy painting skirting boards today I totally forgot about the live class today 🙄 but I caught up this evening. It was all about arms today 💪a bit different to the previous sessions .
Day 13 ! Can't believe I'm over half way 😃 I'm really enjoying these sessions it's great seeing how she progresses the exercises and learning some new ones. I particularly like the short ones like today's 15minute Express which concentrates on side strength.
Oh no 😮Having done another full day up and down steps and kneeling painting skirting boards I was really looking forward to tonight's live session but no joy ! I logged on at 7.44 and got a message to say she was on another class ☹️ Next time I'll be trying earlier .
Day 11 and 12: did day 11 yesterday (nice and relaxing) and day 12 today (starting with yey weights 😃 morphing into ufff weights 🥵) , but survived the weight session.
I do like it how all her moves are slightly different from what I know from Yoga and the tiny bit of Pilates I’ve done!
Day 13: this was really an express workout! 15 min of side half planky type of stretches and twists. Again, moves I hadn’t quite encountered exactly like this before, so brill!
Having missed Thursday live session I've been playing catch up.Yesterday I did day 15 Balance Challenge which was an interesting session of 4 point balances
Today I've finally done Day 14 Recenter and Recharge a great way minutes of different hip stretches.
Now I've just got today's live session to catch up on, missed again as I had an exciting booking at the local tip 🤣I'm not sure if that will get done today or not ... Watch this space.
Day 14 and I’m back!!! After completely failing to keep my routine in a week full of stuff ( healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... ) I took a half-day annual leave day to get back to my routine. Yesterday I ran, and today it was back to squats and Pilates!
I am way behind but I will do these one after the other.
Enjoyed this Pilates day 14 with hubby, who joined me in the morning, but we weren’t sure if we had done this session before, and maybe I didn’t record it on here.
No worries, it was a great stretch, although a bit weighty on the knees.
Day 17: I skipped to day 17 to avoid the 45 min flows 😅😅 and this just right after my run this afternoon. Stretching back and legs and arms. Great stuff and I like her moves!
