Still on a slow come back!
After a brilliant January with adrienne's 30 day
yoga
and starting the nrc 10k plan, February has been a bit of a kick on the teeth. I had nearly three weeks off with a nasty chest cold and I've been coming back slowly with short recovery runs and plenty of rest days.

Just some happy thoughts
They brought him a
yoga
mat to relax on and a bowl of water along with our glasses of water. My friend and I had excellent food and my dog enjoyed his turkey muttloaf off the canine menu. It was very pleasant and fun just to try it. 3) it isnt as hot today.

Feeling lost!
I have been trying mindfulness,
yoga
, listing to music and go the therapy once a week, I can't exercise right now due to the C1 adjustments in my neck. I ordered Chamomile caps so I hope that will help too.

Finished week one of my rowing 10k plan
Only thing I don’t manage to squeeze into in these kinds of great workout weeks is a
yoga
session. The last one was on Sunday, but I have thought that in Feb I catch up with the handful of YWA I missed out on January.

AF and Cognitive Impairment
I go to
yoga
classes 2x a week, which I think helps; the asanas that require balance are particularly challenging but useful.

I’m a perpetual dieter
I’ve got all clear to exercise and I’ve started the active 10 programme, joined a
yoga
class, it’s tough going as I’m soo heavy. So I need help to focus on losing this weight which is a strain in all my organs.

palpitations
It doesn't go away like....ever. antidepressants didn't make it go away, benzos didn't do anything, mindfulness, sport,
yoga
. Nothing seems to help. My heart rate is normal, it's just that I always feel the pulse super strongly in my neck. I don't know what to do about it.

Sharing an hour's yoga practise 'Taking Aim'
Hello community, Beautiful places inspire. I had the joy of a week in Artist's Residence in a small village outside Paris this July. A weekly Sunday session since March 2020 is Sacred Hoop. Here I share one streamed live there, with you, our Taking Aim practise. Body as bow. Mind as Arrow. Spiritual

I’ve spent so much money on trying to get rid of pain especially in the shoulders and middle of the back but doctors just handed out painkillers, I then suffered different side effects with them and in the end you just give up thinking it’s all in your head and you try and manage the pain with

The only thing that i discovered while doing
yoga
some time ago is that the bad feeling seems to get somewhat better when i do something like a middle split or spread my legs wide. Everything becomes clearer. The bad feeling seems to originate from the pelvic area, but iam not entirely sure.

Daily
yoga
also helps for both cramps and some joint pains. All in all, I am very hopeful that with a lot of self love and some lifestyle changes I can manage it to the acceptable level. Tell me your stories! I am very happy to be here!

Pain and when to increase prednisolone?
I stayed on 2mg hoping it would improve with exercises from the physiotherapist (Rheumatologist referral - wanted me to improve my muscle strength) and some
yoga
and easy gym cycling. It's now so painful.

Trapped wind (probably) at 38 weeks
I tried a few
yoga
poses that are meant to help move gas but nothing. On mat leave a little early to have a small break before baby appears and not loving spending it so far mostly in pain 🙄

Setting intentions and embodying those in your yoga practise
Setting intentions is the theme for this hour long
yoga
and deeper enquiry practise. Have pen & paper for the beginning of this practise to write things down - letting them spin forth from your own body and what rivers in your unique life presently.

We Matter
Just sitting alone in a comfy chair, reading, taking a walk, deep breathing really noticing your breath, meditation, listening to a favorite piece of music, calling a friend, a few
yoga
poses, or more.
