Gave myself a running reward that will give myself a running reward!
Catch up with all
yoga
sessions… nope. So last week was the first week I hit my goal (run 3 times per week) and my reward was signing up to my next virtual distance event! (And the seconds medal races have an immensely competitive price tag!)

AN ALL NEW MAT: Sept Yoga and Pilates Mat
A short daily practice of
Yoga
or Mat Pilates is perfect to get some S&F into your day. And feel free to - as Adriene says - “find what feels good”, meaning if your knees feel too sensitive, amend that Child’s Pose.

Long walk after ET?
I do
yoga
and breathing exercises but these are not the same as being outdoors. First two days after ET (Tuesday and Wednesday), I didnt do much which made me feel very anxious.

Hello
I'm new here, and relatively new to
yoga
. I don't have a routine, so I'd love some advice about how to do that. I have CFS/ME, asthma and sciatica which have necessitated my change of fitness plans (I used to walk, cycle and Zumba)

Extreme wind
Sometime it feels like an ulcer being poked, sometimes it's debilitating high pressure, it can be excruciating and I can't even think straight, and when it comes out, when I can get it out (all kinds of
yoga
poses), it's like a canon going off and very antisocial, and the after-ache.

So happy working out, everyone, wherever that may be: in your living room
yoga
corner, a guest room rowing room, the garden shed turned into a studio, the garden outdoor gym, or the nearest local fitness centre. Keep on keeping on! You got this!

I’ve tried breathing and
yoga
but I’m just much of a nervous wreck it’s not helping. I start CBT 2nd June so hoping that help. The doctor prescribed Trazodone but i read it increase norepinephrine, which can ramp up tinnitus.

lowered my dexa scores!
I improved my diet … cut way down on sugar, lowered carb intake, upped green veg, red meat, milk, yoghurt, cheese intake and upped my exercise regimes… used a vibration platform,
yoga
, Pilates, strength and balance class each week. And continued my walking.

Gym Circuits - good idea?
I have recently also tried to include pilates or
yoga
for stretching as well. However these classes have been cancelled and there is now a gym circuits class which I have done twice.

Now day 3 it’s 70-78 at rest…. not slept the best, I joined in a
yoga

Adventures in doctor visits
As I was putting chairs out the
Yoga
instructor arrived. I apologized and she did the same, saying her cat normally wakes her up and today he hadn't. We got into a discussion about her cat and I suggested she get him to a vet.

Just some happy thoughts
They brought him a
yoga
mat to relax on and a bowl of water along with our glasses of water. My friend and I had excellent food and my dog enjoyed his turkey muttloaf off the canine menu. It was very pleasant and fun just to try it. 3) it isnt as hot today.
