finding hope and joy
I’ve recently found some joy in cooking again, and gentle exercise - walks, swimming,

. Right now I’m just trying to find hope again, after so much heaviness. If anyone feels like sharing tips for finding joy and hope after grief and loss I’d be most grateful .

Toe nail injury
For context, it’s the second and third toe (third toe is the one with the damaged nail and partially exposed nail bed) - I wouldn’t be able to do a plank or down dog

Too little Pred?
I am still able to get my walks in and some light
yoga
but the pain is pretty intense. I certainly don’t feel the relief I used to when I am doing the workouts pre PMR.

As every runner knows, stretches are important, so she also joined me on the

mat when we got back! Consolidation runs await for this canine graduate! PS I included a picture of a non scary view of the alley at the end of the road Definitely looks better in the daylight! 😊

weights, I know about head below heart but most

Help - Osteoporosis and cancer
I will try to identify a consultant to speak to but in the interim as I do vigorous

Thank goodness for our NHS and BHF
I thought I was fairly fit and healthy, walking 1 hour a day, twice a week
yoga
, swimming and generally active with my 4 grandchildren. We eat a good diet, no takeaways, no alcohol and I gave up smoking more than 20 years ago.

Bisoprolol dosage
I am in good general health and fit for my age (tennis, walking,

, etc). But I am borderline anaemic because of medication for another condition and suffering from fatigue - more tired than I feel I should be. Bisoprolol dose is 2.5mg per day.
