What health goals have you been working on? What aspects of your health do you feel you have the most control over? What are your health goals for the next year?

For me... I try to stay fit and slim. I'm hypothyroid, so staying slim is hard as I age...When i go on a diet now, it throws off my thyroid readings and med levels ...So the answer is more exercise, and likely aerobic exercise...I'm always working on this, but likely need to add bigger hills..or longer walks with 2 medium hills ;) If my knee starts to act up, i will have to figure out something else...i have no bike right now...not sure about me swimming and the pool...I usually figure something out...I dont give up.
