Hello, I am brand new to this site. I would like to introduce myself and meet friends that have an idea of what it's like to have anxiety and/or depression. I am 46 years old, female, and live in North Florida in the USA. I like nature walks, jigsaw puzzles, reading, swimming, etc. I have a 13 year old daughter who means the world to me.
