Love is...
...My husband taking all 3 of my kids (2, 4 and 6) to their
swimming
lessons this morning so that I could do my Week 5 Run 1 run! He’s so supportive ☺️ The run itself wasn’t too bad either. 8 whole mins of a non-stop slow jog. Twice! Pleased with that! Who else is running today?

Sickening Christmas
I will probably go
swimming
. I use a heated Lido, it’s open 365 days of the year. I will then spend the day watching Netflix movies and go to bed. The idea that so many people can be brainwashed into this nonsense sickens me. Anything connected with religion is about making money.

Good news from the IC
So nothing more than gentle dog walking and
swimming
for me. All such a relief!! 😁☀️ What suggestions from the VRBs as to how to get back into running given that I will have been out of saddle for over 3 weeks. Some runs out of C25K?

An uplifting article
‘I would just say don’t worry about what people think and focus on the positive things, the things you’re good at like dancing,
swimming
and gymnastics. When Holly was a baby she could barely open her eyes and couldn’t blink. 'I don’t worry about meeting new people.

Things I thought I would never say
As the nights get longer, the weather gets colder and the opportunities for evening running have all but disappeared, our brand new local gym with
swimming
pool became the only option.

swimming
/walking in the pool most days, I don’t take pain killers as they hurt my stomach and keep me awake

Help for carers with stress
And I've always gone
swimming
. But it's at the home. He doesn't really want to "do"anything . He doesn't like socialising of going out. I accept that. Although when we go out he loves it. I just feel that I can't talk to anyone almost without betraying what we had. But yes.

How long before I see results?
I've sat at a desk for 35 years and it's taken its toll and I need to get into a
swimming
costume by the end of March 🙏

4 weeks post circumcision - swelling badly
The swell is quite severe and almost looks like a
swimming
ring under the glans, I have tried everything others told me - ice cubes, salt water, pointing it up, elastic bandages, none of them seem to reduce swelling.

Acne on my back
It is kind of embarrassing.. at the
swimming
pool, massage etc. I think I have tried already everything.. Past few days I have been looking for some more informations and I found something like DNA derma test. This test should tell me a bit more about my skin, based on my genetic predispositions.

Sciatica strikes again
Trapped my sciatic nerve so no running for a couple of weeks 😞 still I'm off to the sunshine for a week this Saturday so hoping that and some
swimming
will help. Keep on going everyone.

Running Life
I concentrated on
swimming
for a few months (running once a week with a knee strap) and some heel lifts (prescribed by physio) if I haven’t run for 2-3 weeks then I start with week 4 to ease myself & my bones back into it. Love the freedom & love C25k

More than just tablets
Go
swimming
, do what you can. Water aerobics is good. And believe me when I say ... Pray every now and then. I am not a religious person and some people may say I'm talking a load of rubbish but I have prayed and asked for a break and I have had little breaks. Another thing ...

I love Swimming, now I severely struggle...
Hi, I got diagnosed with asthma a couple of years ago although I’ve been told probably had EIB for years due to coughing during exercising, however I have always loved
swimming
and never had a problem until the last year.

An interesting discovery: Regular jogging blunts the genetic effects on BMI
Even more importantly, cycling, aerobic exercise,
swimming
and dancing "were not found to modify the genetic effects on any obesity measure". Good to know :) Full study below: https://journals.plos.org/plosgenetics/article?id=10.1371/journal.pgen.1008277
