C25k seems to have missed me so I thought I’d let you all know how I’m doing. Since graduating 4 years ago I have run a few charity 5 & 10k runs. I also ran into some knee problems running on ground. I concentrated on swimming for a few months (running once a week with a knee strap) and some heel lifts (prescribed by physio) if I haven’t run for 2-3 weeks then I start with week 4 to ease myself & my bones back into it.

Love the freedom & love C25k
