She works 1/2 day once a week at an aquarium and teaches
swimming
. Sees a psychiatrist, has seen therapists. We try to help her with info and writing for applications to grad school, but she doesn't follow through and lies. Also dating an 18 year old.

Swimming and Diving
My husband had two stents fitted in January and wondering if anyone has any experience of diving and
swimming
with a heart condition? He was told he has to be careful. What does that mean?

So that’s me signed off from the lupus unit with the lupus diagnosis now removed and she’ll send me back to my rheumatologist to deal with fibro although apparently the only thing I can do is Pilates, cycling and
swimming
with targeted physio to help, none of which have been successful to date unfortunately

Is it RLS
I love walking,
swimming
, quite active, also have PCOS. I have a real need to twist my legs & crack my knees all night long. I've never had a good night sleep. Is it likely to be RLS, it seems to only affect my knees, but sitting here now I just want to stretch and twist my leg to crack my knee.

Stratford-upon-Avon (VRB) Meet Up and a Wardrobe Malfunction
The swans were
swimming
, the fishermen fishing and the autumn leaves falling. I am envious of the Kat family living in such a beautiful spot.

The reward and plans for tomorrow.
Today I went
swimming
. Then I had the most amazing experience. I tried my first ever Hammam. First I was directed, to change, and they wrapped a towel about me. Then I was told to go sit in the sauna for 5 minutes. It was so peaceful. I was just getting used to it.

Anxious the past two days
It can be God, friends, family, my doctor....I visualize
swimming
towards the life preserver, and I feel better.

New to this
I have a prolapsed disc at c5/c6 which is causing spinal cord compression but my neurosurgeon has said running shouldn’t cause any problems, as I’m not allowed to used the gym or go
swimming
I thought this may be a good place to start.

Graduated
I've also started
swimming
too. So quite a lot of positives. My next challenge is run 5k in 30 mins and to enjoy running. I feel great afterwards but not feeling it before a run.

First official 10k - got me a medal! 😁
My last sporting award (apart from my C25K and B210k awards which I need to print off) was for
swimming
a width of the pool when I was 6 years old.
