I enjoy exercise - running,
swimming
, and weights. And I generally have a good diet but there are times when I have cravings and it’s hard to deny myself.

He will send me Lupy!
So, I’m stuck between dragging his scrotum over his head and making a
swimming
cap for him as I dunk his head down the toilet and simply saying ‘oh!’.

Swimming
was my (only) exercise of choice, but lockdown arrived, and the pools closed. It would have been so easy to just collapse on the sofa after work, but I knew I had to do something – so I started C25K.

around with words I don’t understand like (the, and, neurons – whatever they are) I do appreciate that I have the same IQ as a chip sandwich but that’s my fault for not going to school.

I can’t help myself, but I’m starting to get really cranky 😖
The only thing that may preserve my sanity is the local pool is opening again on Monday and I have a couple of lane
swimming
sessions booked in for next week 🏊♀ I do have a physio appointment booked for next Tuesday evening.

I'm looking for advice for a doc appointment first thing on Tuesday.
Got antibiotics from the doc, double whammy oral and topical (normally I'd ignore it until it got blatant or went away on its own but it was 4 days before the half iron and I didn't want a swollen eye to stop me from wearing my goggles/
swimming
).

So to all of you that have your own barriers in life along with
swimming
in the chronic pain and physical barriers....breathe....take care of your vessel and mind...count your blessings & do as your body needs you to do because so many love you and need you present.

Diazepam (Valium) ARE YOU ADDICTED or having trouble coming off them? If so then read on?
I began taking halves only, rather than a whole tablet and exercised every day either with walking, a cycle ride or
swimming
which for me worked best and what I chose.

Swimming in cold water after HA
Hi I suffered a heart attack October last year, one stent fitted and on the usual cocktail of medication, is there a rule of thumb on what water temperature is ok to swim in? Heard varying opinions on how cold water should be avoided. Thanks Jon

Read the instructions
It works for
swimming
so hopefully I'll be back out there shortly. Before I sign off I'd like to make a polite request to the powers that be , Please include a warning on the pod cast page as us chaps never read the instructions first.

Cold Water Swimming!
I’ve recently taken up cold water
swimming
or wild water
swimming
as some call it. Recently it's been given quite a lot of "air time" on the TV and Radio so I thought I’d give it a go. Without going into obvious pros and cons.

I enjoy cycling and
swimming
and, now that I can run too, I've signed up for a novice triathlon in June - the run distance is only 2.5km but after a 200m swim and 19km bike ride it should be interesting and will require training.
