Hi I'm Diana. Well that was a difficult night. So I was scrolling looking for information about tinnitus and swimming, if it's an ok thing to do or maybe not, and came across this forum. I'm glad I did. So much advice, support and comfort to be had. Hello and thank you everybody.

Hi Rosie, yes I'm sure it did help, thank you - definitely to know that others are facing the same challenges, and are here to share and help others on their journeys.

I have tinnitus and I swim. Makes no difference. The specialist I see and two audiologists have all said swimming should have no effect on tinnitus. Good luck.
