I had that week in Spain off from C25K- it was hot and hilly, and we had access to a swimming pool
Anyway I got home and restarted W2 to get back into it... yesterday I completed W4R2 in the RAIN - the rain helped, I feel. I can laugh at how feeble I sound here but halfway into that first five minute run feels like it should be the END of that five minute run... I KNOW I completed C25K but that was 9 years ago... it's a bit scary as an overweight 63 yr old. However I'm going to stick with it, I KNOW I have done it before, and I checked and five mins at most is all I have to worry about next week as well...
Hope everyone is facing September, new school year etc, with determination and enthusiasm

Absolutely stick with it!! Every run is different and sometimes they don't turn out as we had planned despite our best efforts. Just concentrate on this week. If you think it might help, run this one on another day and see how it goes.
Well done, though, on completing Week 4 Run 2. Just one more to complete the week and then you are so close to the half-way point!!
