Looking for some hope!
Missing

and walking too. I can’t even mind my grand daughter as i never know if i am going to be stuck to the bed exhausted or not! So I was wondering if anyone else here has this diagnosis and how you have got on?

My our Journey so far.
Not being able to do anything like the things I used to do physically or mentally, I was fit before this to a greater extent after the year before’s illnesses I was walking miles, cycling 25 mile rides, and

5 klms a week , still have some of the above issues anger, frustration, occasional nightmares

All good now following Physio,

and Pilates. Even tried to stay off my horse! I know I need to start slowly but any advice on what week of C25K I should start at ? Do I need to go back to WK1? Should I use the treadmill first ? Thanks in advance 😀

finally heard from gastroenterologist
given a false read eps with the 28% iq ( I guess the lower under 30 the better) I would say I was 6.5 stone over weight and have lost almost 3 stone since this test, I intend to carry on and lose the other 3.5 stone this way, I’m not having surgery unless I find I can no longer do it myself, I’m also

often and taking a quick dip right before I slept. I have read more about sun energy than B12. When I first started reading D3 and K2 were not available and the consensus was vitamin D only served to raise your blood level. Well here is the thing.

can you swim when on dialysis?
if not then 😭 I really miss

I’m not a strong enough swimmer to swim in the sea so I can only do pools and hot tubs. Anyone has any info will be helpful. If it turns out that I can’t swim, I guess I’ll just have to live with it.

I have been celebrating by

Morning headaches have gone
see if was that ,gp threw a wobbly and im back on it .Gp changed me back to a air steroid inhaler with spacer instead of the "enviromentally better" powder one and woosh headaches gone (touch wood) and throat issues have reduced,i havent got a voice like a teenage boys voice breaking anymore ,im a

Ahhh it’s been awhile… Had my 5th FET today. Anyone else receiving competing information?? 🤔
I am in my TWW…I have had zero embryos attach but I’m hoping 5th time is the charm 🤷♀️ I find I get different information from the doctors every time I go in for another transfer… I’ve been told I can’t submerge myself in water(no baths,

sudden flare or/ and doing too much?

and yoga every other day. Have got, quite quickly, very severe spasm pain in back and ribs. Another flare/relapse? Should I do what gp advised last time. Back to 10mg then down to 5 fairly quickly and then v slowly? Thanks I’m worried and fed up.

Lump under penis head after circumcision
The wound has healed but now there is this lump that is like a
