chatGPT's opinion on PD - Simple and wise
Exercise: Regular exercise, such as
swimming
, yoga, and tai chi, can help improve mobility, flexibility, and balance, and may also have a positive impact on mood and quality of life.

CATCH-up-CORNER... WEEK 2...If You're Wise...
I am sure that all of us can find exercises to fit into a regular routine...Yoga, Pilates, dancing, walking , stretching, flexing,
swimming
, hiking, etc. etc. Exercise to be done inside, outside, in a chair, after injury.... you name it and it is there.

My fear of using up B12 and crashing.
Unfortunately
swimming
is over for this season. Fortunately I have access to nice places to walk and if it is dark I can walk at a track which is boring but keeps me moving. With my increasing my folic acid I seem to be on a trend of having three meals a day. It is still a lot of effort.

New to this...
The pandemic and then this injury impacted my gym going and yoga practice, but those have also been important, as have
swimming
and rowing. My doctor referred me to a rheumatologist who I will see in early April.

Thinking of going back on Sertraline but my partner makes it seem like i’m being weak or lazy
I said to him you know I go to the gym and
swimming
etc on and off for periods but it never actually helps with my mood.. he said “you always seem happier to me.” I told him I’m not and sometimes things arent what they seem!

A little less conversation...
Running ( sigh),
swimming
, cycling and of course, walking. Nature Walks.... Oh yes! Here we go...my kind of exercise. Nature calms the mind, eases the soul... the steady pace of a walk, forest bathing and research has found that the benefits of a walk like this can really reduce anxiety.

GNR 2023 🥵🏊♀️
Well that was a day of two halves 😆 I thought I'd been tricked into a triathlon, from running at the beginning to
swimming
at the end, was fully expecting someone to hand me a bike to complete the day! I hope I don't waffle on for too long but what a day.

Heat and humidity in swimming pools
Does anyone know if the heat and humidity of a public
swimming
pool can affect Afib and heart rate - I mean just as a spectator, not hurtling down the tubes !

raised blood pressure and NDT- what to do?
I take moderate exercise and make sure I move my body for an hour a day be that walking,
swimming
or a bike ride. I have moderate alcohol intake. The only thing that has changed that could have increased my blood pressure is being prescribed NDT.

A long slow run with Joanie Samuelson
There were ducks and coots
swimming
along the water, a little egret on the waters edge and a swan sitting on a nest, watched over by her mate. Sadly, lots of plastic waste on the waters edge there too.

Feeling Very Stuck
I go
swimming
2-3 times a week and regularly walk, I've limited my screen time and I meditate to relieve stress. None of this is normal for a 23 year old and I miss out on so much that most young people take for granted.

In need of Reassurance
His GP then “prescribed”
swimming
for him to try and strengthen his lungs further. Since Monday, he’s been having episodes of bradycardia again, feeling feverish, sweating excessively and feeling faint.

high blood pressure and breathlessness
I tried to go back
swimming
but had to get out after 10 very slow legs as my heart rate had shot up. Spoke to my GP who’s ordered blood tests but they don’t seem to be concerned about my breathlessness so should I? Any advice would be gratefully received :)

B4 going
swimming
I see the 2 texts and just replied to "where are you" ... "
Swimming
. No seat. Got a call and just left." The one replied Oh OK. The other replied with an extra chair pix. You wouldn't know this but it's a crowded area with 1 very sick lady and 1 103 yo.

Week 1 run 1....but I've been here before
In that time I kept up some running until 3 years ago since when I've done some Pilates, some
swimming
and then nothing from June 2021 until September 2022 when I went back to Pilates. It felt right to get back to the programme after a very challenging year. This mornings run was amazing!!
