gobsmacked .We quickly got the magic pills [Prednisolone 20 mg.] and after 2days I slept and started to feel my pain easing. The fact that no one thought about P M R is unbelievable. All that pain,I though of every horrible condition under the sun I could have. 11months later I am doing great ,still

I have started
swimming
to try and keep weight off, I used to be very active but unfortunately cannot do the intensive exercise I once did. Just a reminder to you ladies to stay strong and take your time to look after yourself and your bodies. You’re all warriors. 💛

Recovery after partial Knee Replacement
I had my op on Tuesday 27th so just over a week ago and previously enjoyed yoga, hill walking and
swimming
and the op will have been a failure if I can't get back to these things.

Possible depression and grief in an 8 year old
I saw her yesterday when I went to pick Bella up to go
swimming
. She no longer has any hair, is on oxygen, and was puking in a bucket. There were atleast 30 prescription bottles lying around and that probably wasn’t even all her medications.

Follow Up With Dr
I am happy to leave it, get the weight off and be re scanned in six months then go from there, because I’m enjoying my life and
swimming
etc and head in the sand keeps me strong, if they tell me I’m definitely cirrotic I’m scared I will think what’s the point and give up….

Muscle fatigue post prednisolone
I try to keep fit by working out at home, dog walking and
swimming
. However during lockdown I walked 3-4 miles a day (while taking prednisolone) which was really enjoyable. Now if I walk any further than a couple of miles I get really tired, my legs ache and my knees hurt.

Urinary control and biking
I have biked all my life for transportation and leisure/exercise, but no longer bike in the winter; I do some indoor stationary recumbent biking then just for the exercise (as well as
swimming
, walking, not-too-difficult weight lifting all year long).

Are thyroid problems hereditary?
He has always been fit, slim and healthy,
swimming
several times a week. He does have stomach problems and follows a Fodmap diet. He has a stressful job but over the last year or so he has become really tired so sleeps for a large part of every weekend.

Weight Loss
I have been unable to go to the gym for years now, I used to be able to do some walking but even that is out of the question now due to pain, the only ‘proper’ exercise I get these days is
swimming
when I’m feeling well enough.
