couch to 5k post total hip replacement
I have done and still do all the exercises, as well as Pilates regularly and
swimming
with a bit of strengthening stuff. I walk very well now with no limp. So I decided to go for it.

More germs and a catch up
Went
swimming
monday evening and I felt rough... cue the start of cold no 2! I haven't felt that bad but just not 100%. I went for my
swimming
lesson on Wednesday evening and just took it gently. No running all week but just been out this morning for 20 minutes.

Best exercise with a lung condition
I love sea kayaking and bodyboarding and
swimming
but am scared to go in the water now incase I get into difficulties because of my breathlessness, but an upcoming weekend in May I am due to go on an expensive bodyboarding course which I can't cancel or move and I don't want to let my friend down, but

Respite from the fight
We’re in our second week of vacation in Florida, where my Joe is sunning and
swimming
, biking, and hitting tennis balls!!!! Three times over the last two years I was certain the end was near. Joe’s rebound is nothing short of miraculous! AND I know the beast is only being held at bay.

High UV this weekend!
☀ Reapply sunscreen AT LEAST every 2 hours, more often if perspiring and ALWAYS straight after
swimming
! ‼ Don’t be fooled by SPF in cosmetic products such as moisturisers or foundations - they do not provide adequate protection!

Supplements for Insulin Resistance
In addition, I exercise twice a week, which includes
swimming
one day and an intense cardio/strength gym class on another day. My current weight is 80kg and I'm 176cm tall. However, I am still struggling with brain fog, which is a major concern as I work in IT and need optimal brain function.

I think I am fatigued from yesterday as did horse riding and then went
swimming
. I shouldn’t have attempted the run today. I am going to have tomorrow off and try Wednesday.

Hello and happy new year!
I am 64 years old and my hobbies include Running, cycling &
swimming
. I had a heart attack Dec 14th taken to QA Hospital Portsmouth and had 2 stents fitted. Have to say the NHS were amazing in the manner and the speed they dealt with me.

A little bonus at the start of my run was a herd of deer… We are now off to the hot springs for some
swimming
in the warm pool and then a lovely long soak in the very hot natural springs.. all out in the fresh mountain air!

Is it time to give up?
The physio suggested
swimming
, which I really don’t enjoy, or cycling, but I’m not confident on the roads. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
