Hi, I am off on holiday for 2 weeks tomorrow, will be swimming and walking along the beach 🏝️. Staying in an all inclusive hotel and plan on having a relaxing holiday. Fingers crossed I can maintain weight rather than gain. The last overseas holiday was 8 years ago, so excited. Good luck to everyone with your health journeys.
