Citalopram 20mg week 5
I’m starting to have a few good days but this morning I’ve woken up far too early and have many thoughts
running
around in my head. All of them are negative and telling me the worst thing that could happen in every situation!

Running app?
Does anyone know of a
running
app that will do something similar when it is telling me I've completed a section of the run/walk?

Day 1 and it was tough
I started the 5k programme today and really struggled with the
running
. I am so unfit. I managed four one minute runs but then gave up. I know that I am supposed to do alternate days, but since I failed to complete, I think that I shall have another go tomorrow.

repeat prescription via NHS app
I used to order two weeks before
running
out but the surgery got funny about it and said I can only order a week before
running
out so I make sure I order on day 20.

Looking for a substitute for NP Thyroid/Armor Thyroid in Europe
Hello all, I am currently in Europe
running
out of options to refill my NP Thyroid medication. From what I have found online, Armor Thyroid is an equivalent, and after asking my US Doctor, he said it should be ok to take.

IVF after covid
I am 43 and
running
out of time and would just like to get on with it but worried about a potential further disruption to egg quality as a result of Covid. Does anyone have any advice around this or experience of ivf after Covid?

Week 1 complete
bit at the end of run 3 this morning, nothing too bad, but I think an extra week doing week 1 will help me adapt before increasing the
running
time. :)

Introducing myself
I would like to be able to build my stamina so that
running
5k is more do-able. I've joined parkrun but don't feel any pressure to run it all. I'll just go and get a feel for the event. There. Now I've posted it here, I've got to go!!

Running Angry
Running
for me is a bit of a mind game. Over the last weeks the struggle to get out there has been real and I haven’t always made it but today I got quite angry with myself and made myself go.
