Today is day 20 of my monthly Levo prescription. I used to order two weeks before running out but the surgery got funny about it and said I can only order a week before running out so I make sure I order on day 20.
Using the NHS app to request repeat prescription this morning it failed to go through and I got the message: “You have ordered this in the last 30 days. “ 0f course I have. It only lasts 28 days!
I think this time limitation is built into the app but it wasn’t there before.
Anyone else had this problem with the NHS app?

I don't tend to use the App but Systmonline where it tells you when you can re-order, so I'd suggest going via the Surgery website if they have one but I would also suggest you ask them to change your script to 56 tablets ( 2 months) else you spend your life ordering, chasing up and collecting them 😕
I had this issue last month too. Like you I put in a couple weeks early incase they muck up (has happened with other medications I can’t be with out)
I’ve given up with the NHS now to be honest, I’m tired of being made to feel like I have no say and no control of my health…
Maybe it’s something you could book in an appointment to discuss?
I can get three months supply at a time. I asked the GP if this was possible and he ticked something on the screen and presto! Ridiculous that a drug you will be on for life is handed out every 28 days!
I live in France, they wouldn't know an app from their elbow. There is a but, when going to the Pharmacy with a prescription for 30 days Levo you get 100, great. Should be only 30 or course.
