2024: W36R1 - Climbing the hill with the observation tower

My throat hurt, so I originally decided on a shorter route. But after a hectic week and work weekend, I couldn't run the usual route. I just needed a change.

I ran out to the lookout tower and took it back on the other side.

It was nice, but it was a lot of uphill :-)

The pain in the throat is gone, the shock treatment has worked! :-)

Happy running!

Hills are great fun! I love a hill. It sounds like a great new route to have in your locker.

Well, I guess hills are better than the same route over and over again.

But it's not very easy.. 😅

From the run profile images you post I thought all your runs included hills lusmo .

Sometimes a challenge is fun! Plus, as Cmoi will back me up on, it’s always ok to walk up a hill (or any other part of your run). Trail runners do this because it’s more energy efficient and faster in the long run.

Hills come in all shapes and sizes. You’ll find some favourites I’m sure ❤️
