Anybody use the gym?🏋️♀️
🤣 I loved the gym in my ‘youth’ but don’t want to lose precious outdoor
running
time. However, am thinking it could be fab for strength training. Posted on Fun Beyond 10k too. Thanks🙂

Getting back into running after a back problem
I’ve been doing my back exercises and doing no more than fast walking for nearly three weeks now. The good news is that my back really is recovering well 🤞. So I thought it was time today to get out and try a shortish run, to see if I still could! I left it until around 3pm but finally got out of the

Running
has never been my thing, so at week 1 I didn't think I'd make week 2, and I'm mega-chuffed now 😂. I have found that, over the weeks, the ability to MAKE myself keep going, when sometimes I have just wanted to stop (for no particular reason, nor injury!)

A victory with my NHS GP! 🥳
After my visit to Cambridge, I now have this on my medical records:"When you are
running
low on Hydroxocobalamin request more". A small triumph and perhaps this campaign has helped their B12 deficiency education for future patients 🤞🏽

I genuinely love
running
but I am not enthusiastic to start many (any?!!) of my runs. I know that I do best when I’m
running
regularly and can see I’m getting fitter, but that just takes a bit of bloody minded grit to say “I’m not really feeling like
running
so I’m just going to get out and do it”.

Mindful run
Haven't posted for a while as over last 3 weeks life intervening and only
running
once a week. I'm not going to beat myself up about this. Yesterday though optimal, no icy patches, no long days work, no other commitments.

Help & Advice re T3
Hello, about 4 years ago I asked for help in obtaining natural thyroid I was given a contact to get them from but am now on the very edge of
running
out so I would truly appreciate if someone would send me a private message to give me a new contact as the one I had doesn’t seem to be operating anymore

Back again…..!
This time a slipped disc pressing on my sciatic nerve has had me banned (by physio) from
running
& pretty much everything else except from walking since June. I’ve now been told I can start to introduce
running
again gently.

The last time I did any
running
must have been in the early 80's. So due to some minor health issues, high cholesterol and increasing blood pressure, I decided to get fit. I have to say I am loving it, really enjoy getting out and

Pride
Coach B said I should be proud of the fact that I'm
running
. 🫣 2. I'm still probably
running
too fast, but I learnt a bit about pacing as for a few hundred metres in the middle he encouraged a slightly faster pace, and then a slightly faster still pace. This was HARD.

It does get easier, especially once you have found your comfortable

tempo.

First Post since graduating
I always viewed
running
as something you did to avoid missing a bus or perhaps to evade pursuers. I'm so happy to have been given a new lease of life, this
running
bug is so rewarding to get bitten by!
