Little boost!
I started taking champix on 21st July as I had some left over from a previous quit as the nurse at work said she was going to be running a
quit
smoking
clinic, went to see her on28th July and she then realised there was some technical problem so couldn't give me a prescription so had to make an appointment

Two truths and a lie
Been diagnosed with COPD (truth), had to
quit
smoking
(truth), telling everyone around me "I'm fine, it's all good, got it under control" (lie). So here I am. Where I can be myself for just a little while... Thank you :)

I
quit
smoking
in January 2015 prior to a major surgery. Prior to quitting I always had problems with my sinuses. Deviated nasal septum has been the major cause. I knew something else was affecting me more so as I started to wheeze occasionally. I took a spirometry test in 2012 and 2014.

Quitting smoking.
I've been smoking roughly one pack for over 30 years & never really wanted to
quit
before the thought of having copd. I decided to
quit
smoking
to make sure I stay as healthy as possible & today is my first day smoke free.

Hi I'm Mad and I'm trying to mantain my weight after losing 30 pounds.
Since then I
quit
my e-cig (had
quit
smoking
3 years ago) and had to put my kitty to sleep, which made me lose my way a bit. I restarted to eat some of my devil foods, like chocolate and cookies and I regained 3.5 pounds. I know, not the end of the world.

W2 done!
I think I coughed out cigarette smoke from 10 years ago when I
quit
smoking
. :) But manage to do it in the end and slowly started declining and going back. Running down the hill felt like relaxing walk in the park compared to my previous attempts.

Panic attacks EVERY Day, All Day... Someone please help
So, my question is this: is it possible that my anxiety is so bad right now because, as I noted earlier I recently
quit
smoking
pot about a few months ago, and maybe it's because my body is so used to having thc in my system, and now it's adjusting to it leaving?

Smoking Permanently Damages Your DNA, Study Finds
Their study of 16,000 people found that while most of the disease-causing genetic footprints left by
smoking
fade after five years if people
quit
, some appear to stay there forever.

Copd and Hiatal Hernia Relationship with SOB
The Doctor said I should
quit
smoking
to help me breathe better and to slow the progression. To bad I loved my cigarettes more than myself. I did not quit then. It's really different now because I used to be so active.
