Sleeping
We have tried the sleep apps,
meditation
but nothing is helping. Some days his eyes are red raw as he is so tired. He won’t try a drop of brandy or even a glass of lager. I would love a nights sleep but more so I would love craig to get some rest. I have just sprayed lavender on his pillows 😂🤞

MRI after effects?
It took a few
meditation
sessions, lots of water and time for it to dimish. I read up about it and it makes sense since we're electromagnetic energy fields as well, that the MRI's strength and different frequencies could upset our personal energy field. Has any one else had this happen?

Holistic health options
I have just begun a
meditation
course, go to the gym, do body balance and do my best to walk 5 days a week. Would love to know natural products that help.

Struggling to get motivated this time 😬
First time round I got super healthy - didn’t drink for the best part of a year, ate really well and did a lot of
meditation
and what not. But since our cycle failed I’ve eaten badly and done a lot of drowning my sorrows in a bottle of wine!

Things that help me sleep
Meditation
- Focus on your breathing - I count my breaths out. . I rarely make it past 200. 8. According to my tribal theory If you are above 45 you are not supposed to sleep all night anyway. You were supposed to keep watch at some stage during the night.

Help with sleep
I still take 20mg of Prozac daily,started
meditation
and walk and go to the gym regularly. Can anyone recommend something to help me sleep. Don't want to take sleeping tablets regularly as they are addictive. I do take them a couple of times a week and Eve.

Sleep anxiety
I work 5 days a week and 21 years old and each night getting around 2 hours sleep because of this, does anyone have any ways to help, I’ve tried
meditation
but the more my body seems to relax the more it seems to weaken and sink and go all funny.

Athletes dealing with PMR
I have dialed in my diet, use CBD cream, acupuncture, massage, and
meditation
. Everyday is an adventure as to how I will feel. Shoulders, arms, neck can be a total mess. Sleeping is difficult due to pain waking me up every few hours, so it seems I am always fatigued.

Fl Florida vacation
Two hours wait for luggage and wheelchair, remembered happy London's
meditation
and breathing which got me through. I sincerely hope Fran is ok. Today the sunshine is glorious so inhalers to hand we are family visiting.

Something I noticed today
Prepare yourself, with prayer if “YOU” must, perhaps
meditation
or visualisation. I used to imagine my self as a rock cliff and the waves of pain bashing against me. Sometimes sitting on a beach as the waves hit the shore. Find your own tools and let them help “YOU” through.

Experiment on my self.
I've been doing
meditation
following Dr. Joe dispenza and feeling great no more anxiety, I haven't taken a muscle or anxiety pill for 2 weeks, my smell has improved. Today I wanted to see what It would feel like to be off sinemet/entacopone.
