Visual weirdness. A quest for knowledge.
Meditation
techniques can also produce these effects naturally with practice. So, as we all have, or are interested in brain injury and the subsequent effects I'm asking if anyone has experienced this.

Recovery Difficulties - In need of reassurance from AN sufferers going through extreme hunger
He told me it is unhealthy to eat lots and should try some
meditation
whenever this urge to eat occurs. But, does he know how hard it is to ignore these urges? I get shaky, light-headed, and panicky whenever this feeling takes over.

Mindfullness/Meditation
I did not think
meditation
was something I could do. Sitting still with my emotions instead of distracting myself seemed like a better idea. But I have in to my therapists and tried some APPS I liked. Smiling Mind is free and gives you short small mindfulness practices. I also like the guy’s voice.

Hello Everyone! New Member here!
I’ve been working on myself for a couple of years now, learning how to love myself through
meditation
and other means that I can say I’m over the hump. I still get those grey days but I’ve learned to cope with them.

History
I’ve tried medication which does not work for me,
meditation
, hypnosis and just flat out THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! . I am overweight but have been walking/working out everyday with hope this will help. So far it’s not. Has anyone tried talking to a therapist? If so does it help?

Have courage to love and be kind to yourself
That may take medication, that may take
meditation
, books, therapy....everyone's path is different. If you're reading this, you deserve peace. Allow yourself that relief and be mindful with how you talk to yourself. Be your biggest but most humble supporter. Best of luck and I believe in you!

a joke
So we all listened to his
meditation
which helps us "take comfort in being more present in our bodies." It really helped him. It was also precisely what I needed to do. I too was somewhat dissociated after that fight. But that's not the joke. Also, I went to the doctor today about my ear.

The
meditation
helps with stress and my breathing. All of this helps my frame of mind and most nights I sleep reasonably well.

Hope
It is time we take control and start trying to fight these diseases with
meditation
, self love, exercise, prayer, medication and counseling if necessary. I take Celexa and Xanax and I have no shame! I have also seen a counselor which has helped me tremendously!

Meditation
Life isn’t perfect , however
meditation
has enabled me to keep a demanding full time good paying job & has also enabled me to look deep within. There is nothing better than taking the time to meditate for your yourself.

Blood results - ?
I should know, I've never been a researcher so really hard journey 🙈 Bed cortisol over range again, but had bucket loads of stress to contend with this year ongoing, I don't feel I want any more glandulars at the moment though, so looking at relax product and ashwandga product,
