What services and help is offered after PCS diagnosis.
I'm thinking along the lines soon of experimenting with neural reconstruction via
meditation
coupled with art therapy for information processing. Like building a bypass in the brain for processing problems and building new memory patterns.

Feeling trapped and lonely
In September I started getting into Spirituality but I just don’t have the energy to make myself practice
meditation
or anything and I feel like I’m letting myself down. I feel like people care enough to keep me alive but not to help be be happy. I know that’s not true.

My suggestions for those struggling with sleep are:
Music, Yoga,
Meditation
, Pray, Reading … do something that helps you switch off and ideally do it before bed. 4. No electronics or distractions in the bedroom. Bedrooms are meant for sleep … OK as adults you can use them for an alternative activity too, but no electronics in there.

Update to my “Any Kind Words” thread.
I’ll continue to do Reiki and
meditation
with him, whether it be in his room or from a distance. Thanks again to everyone who wished him well and continues to do so for his recovery. He also needs physical therapy, to get strong again. But, he’s so excited to be discharged soon after his surgery.

My therapist wants me to do more breathing and guided
meditation
, though neither pops into my mind when things are bad. I know a lot of people don't like meds, but I just wish I could add another pill and have it go away. Or as Huey Lewis would say, I need a new drug....

My experience with raw garlic make me feel better the next day, as does Salmon, and
Meditation
. Alcoholic beverages and Sodas make my spacity worse the next day. Let’s hear it for the good, the bad and the ugly side of things that affect us.

I feel kind of crazy
Then I was going to try spirit walking, but that would have taken a while because I would need to practice
meditation
. So I tried the summoning again but this time I was going to offer a drop of blood whether anything happened or not. I couldn't do it. I couldn't hurt myself.

Mental state and the state of the fascia Part1
A principle mode of investigation is
meditation
and mindfulness.
Meditation
to develop the skills to enable quietness of the mind and mindfulness with a light touch to observe what takes place. Emotions are felt in the body.

Time to re-gain control.
I also reduced my screen time on social media and developed a regular practice of mindful
meditation
and introspection. I was doing great but since the holidays, I've gradually restarted a coffee habit that's now back to twice daily.

Thoughts, !
To everything is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven, Ten minutes of
meditation
per day can help us be Happier, more optimistic, and more spiritually aware.

A question about pain in legs.
I'm also on week 6 of the mindfulness
meditation
course and I know that it helps, certainly with relaxation, anxiety and facing my 'fear' of my RL and the secondary suffering which RL involves.

Seriously it is okay
There are many ways, just a few are mood enhancing music, bright warm colours, philosophy, eastern philosophies,
meditation
. No seriously there are drugs as well, but trust me they can be really dangerous having overdosed several times they are not any kind of solution.

Practicing meditation?
My therapist says she wants me to practice
meditation
because it will retrain my brain from this constant state of anxiety I’ve gotten into. Does anyone find this has worked? I thought
meditation
would just relax u in the moment but the retraining my brain had me interested.
