i wonder if there’s anybody who practices

it never ends
its been almost 10 years since I had problems, I’ve done
meditation
, therapy, I lost weight, I look good now but I don’t feel it. I’m still in the same dark era, getting the same feelings from a different partner and I finally understood that no matter what I will end in in the same place….

Yesterday was standing yoga and this morning I've done my first class and
meditation
of the programme. The yoga was both challenging (mainly in the balance area) and sweet (some enjoyable stretches it felt like I'd not done in too long!).

family to help me battle with liver disease/fibromyalgia/pht/enlarged spleen/liver diabetet type 2.other bits and bobs to deal with .ex butcher of 40 yrs ex biker 40yrs too ,no longer able to ride anymore and trying to get over muscle wasting gentle weights ect.a day at a time and positive thinking plud

My routine before bed is normally, Chamomile Tea early evening, Hot Milk just before bed,

Help reading blood results.

Can my life ever be normal again.

treatment which did not help. I also went to a few OCD /ERP sessions, and it was extremely beneficial, to this day it continues to be a coping skill
