I'm half way through my 'Zen in 10' programme now and enjoying it very much (well, my hamstrings disagree - and that was from what was supposed to be the breathwork/

anxiety panic attacks and now sadness
I have read every book u can think of practiced

and now bouts of sadness is hitting me. My last panic attack happened while driving which has made me apprehensive now to drive. I’m sick to death of constantly battling these attacks / however they do only last a few minutes.

Yesterday was standing yoga and this morning I've done my first class and

of the programme. The yoga was both challenging (mainly in the balance area) and sweet (some enjoyable stretches it felt like I'd not done in too long!).

any advice for anxiety
I see Therapist once a week I do
meditation
. I do the gym I do yoga, I do above, but I can’t stop my anxiety. I physically can’t go outside without my body asking me to go back home.
