I utilise the video when I have had a particularly difficult day, it gives me my own space.

I will say to try and set yourself something to achieve either the same day or following day.

Absolutely.. I make sure I have something to look forward to each day no matter

how small or insignificant. My "go to" has always been YouTube for it's amazing
