Those of you over on the February Quest on Bridge to 10k may have seen that this month I am planning to do the Ekhart Yoga 'Zen in 10' programme. This is a suite of 10 yoga and 10 meditation sessions, all about 10 minutes long. The idea is to do them all over 2 weeks of weekday practice.

Mine might stretch over the month and I'll aim to intersperse with my personal practice... with the aim of quietly building a daily session. Yesterday was standing yoga and this morning I've done my first class and meditation of the programme. The yoga was both challenging (mainly in the balance area) and sweet (some enjoyable stretches it felt like I'd not done in too long!).

The nausea etc I've whinged about here doesn't generally kick in until round the 10 minute mark and with this programme, I'm done or nearly done by then 😀

Sounds brilliant! And really interesting, do report back how it goes! And if your nausea can be kept in check! Our bodies are such curious things!
